Gretchen Heckathorn is a Pensacola native who is proud to serve the community she calls home. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of West Florida before completing her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Faulkner University.
Gretchen began her career in pain medicine in Denver, Colorado, where she built a strong foundation in comprehensive, patient-centered pain management before returning to the Gulf Coast. She is passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s individual needs.
She believes in a multidisciplinary approach to pain management, combining interventional treatments, lifestyle modifications, physical rehabilitation, and patient education to help patients improve function and quality of life. Her goal is to create compassionate, collaborative treatment plans that empower patients and support long-term wellness.
